Josue Ceja, Executive Chef

 

Our Executive CHEF is the right hand man to OUR General Manager…

Josue Ceja (Joshi) began his culinary career at the young age of eleven, learning to make Mexican pastries from his father. This laid the foundation and love for the kitchen in him. He went on to work for Champagne French Bakery to further his culinary skills. Learning to make classic French bread and pastries. Having the base for baking and bread making he set out to learn more in the culinary world and went onto working as the Sous–Chef at the Winesellar & Brasserie. Josue has since been intrigued in combing flavors from different regions of the world and giving them a latin twist to them. Most notable he has created a foie gras Concha mixing French cuisine with Mexican pastry he created an unforgettable dessert.

His mission is to be able to satisfy all your wishes, taste buds, and empty stomach with the right dishes. To share the love of food he has through these dishes that come out of the kitchen. Josue's goal is to create food that inspires creativity and always leaves you wanting more.
